Rajasthan Assembly:— हाउस में आदर्श शिष्टाचार का अभाव, चले धूड़ में लट्ठ छोटा अखबार। विधानसभा में कल मंगलवार को हाउस में आदर्श शिष्टाचार का अभाव देखने मिला। शून्यकाल में राजीव गांधी युवा मित्रों को हटाने का मुद्दा उठाते हुए कांग्रेस विधायक रोहित बोहरा ने संसदीय मंत्री जोगाराम पटेल के टोकाटाकी को लेकर डांटते हुए कहा, आप चुप रहें, मंत्री हो तो आपको बीच में बोलने का हक नहीं है। और तू तड़ाके पर आगये। ये परंपरा विधानसभा की नहीं रही है। हाउस में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष वासुदेव देवनानी की घोर लाचारी देखने मिली। या यूं कह सकते हैं कि उनको हाउस चलाने की प्रक्रिया एवं कार्य संचालन के नियमों का पूर्ण ज्ञान नहीं है। शायद उन्हे ट्युशन की आवश्यकता है। श्री देवनानी ने नियम 269 के तहत केवल  अपने पद की गरिमा बनाने के लिये व्यवस्था दी है, जो कि संपूर्ण हाउस के लिये न्याय संगत नहीं है।  हाउस में ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे सब हवा हवाई हो। जैसे धूड़ में लट्ठ चल रहे हो। बिलाड़ा विधायक कुछ कह रहे हैं और माननीय अध्यक्ष कुछ। ऐसे में कई सवाल खड़े होते है। क्या हाउस इसी तरह चलेगा या फिर सुधार होगा। यह देखने और सोचने वाली बात ह

  विधानसभा के बाद वित्त विभाग में होगा बड़ा बदलाव छोटा अखबार। प्रदेश के पुलिस और प्रशासनिक ढांचे में 8 फरवरी के बाद बहुत बड़ा बदलाव होने वाला है । सबसे बड़ी तब्दीली वित्त विभाग में संभावित है । इसके अतिरिक्त पुलिस विभाग में जिलों से लेकर मुख्यालय बड़ा देखने को मिलेगा ।  प्रदेश का लेखानुदान 8 फरवरी को पारित होने के बाद सरकार तसल्ली से कार्य करेगी । वैसे जिन अधिकारियों ने तबाही मचा रखी थी, उनकी सफाई जारी है । जेडीए की सचिव नलिनी कठोतिया की समानांतर सरकार चल रही थी और फाइल भी तेजी से क्रियाशील थी । इसी तरह जेडीए के ही अतिरिक्त आयुक्त आनंदी लाल वैष्णव और प्रवीण कुमार को भी जेडीए से रुखसत कर दिया गया है । नई जेडीसी मंजु राजपाल तीनो के कामकाज से खुश नही थी ।  पता चला है कि अखिल अरोड़ा का वित्त विभाग से जाना लगभग तय था । लेकिन लेखनुदान की वजह से वित्त विभाग में किसी को नही हटाया गया । अरोड़ा की तरह नरेश ठकराल, कृष्ण कांत पाठक, वाणिज्य कर आयुक्त रवि कुमार सुरपुर तथा ओमप्रकाश कसेरा आदि में से किसी को भी डिस्टर्ब नही किया । ऐसी संभावना है कि अखिल अरोड़ा सहित वित्त विभाग से जुड़े सभी अफसरों को बदला जाना
